Davis refuses to watch Nana which makes me so upset.
I don't know how to correctly describe Nana. It's got a different feel to it. The anime itself moves along slowly at the beginning but it starts to pick up after about the seventh episode.
It's about two twenty year old girls, both named Nana, who meet on a train going to Tokyo and eventually share an apartment together. (It's not as boring as it sounds. Not much of it actually has to do with the apartment.) The two Nanas live pretty different lives, one wants to live a life as a normal housewife and one wants to succeed in being the vocalist of her punk band. The two try very hard to achieve their dreams, and eventually the two Nana's lives become very involved with each other. However, somehow everything manages to fall apart in one way or another.
I think Markypoo started watching. If you haven't already, watch Nana. It's a pretty emotional anime.
