Pokemon Platinum PMT!

This is a test of my dedication.

Da Rules:
1. First person picks my starter.
2. You can pick the nickname for them if you want, otherwise I'll give them something crappy.
3. No Feebas, Milotic, or Magikarp.
4. Must be fully evolved.
5. Try not to make the types of the Pokemon be the same too much.
6. No legendaries.
7. No super rare Pokemon.
8. Oh yeah, I can use an HM slave if I want.
9. Also no terribly bad Pokemon like idk Pachirisu, Luvdisc, or Beautifly.
10. Lastly, must be caught in-game, not after you beat the Champion.

Update 1-
-Named Legend because I always do for some reason and Barry's the rival because I'm a generic guy
-Professor Rowan appears, and I get Piplup!
-I FUCKING DESTROY Barry. (Actually, he spammed Withdraw, and I kept spamming Pound, and by the time I KO'd Turtwig, I was at 5 HP.)
-I get the Running Shoes. Amen.
-The horror of "saving a lot of data" is encountered for the first time.
-Then there's a very mysterious man named Cyrus at Lake Verity. Definitely not involved with the evil team in this game!
-Piplup levels up on the way to Sandgem!
-Piplup is nicknamed pzpZPZ. ;-;
-Rowan gives me TM 27, Return!
-Dreaded tour of Sandgem happens
-Piplup learns Bubble!
-Dreaded tutorial
-And then we meet Looker. Who's a terrible person for leaving Emma ;-;
-Shaoran the Budew is caught!
-I think I trained for a bit
-Beat Barry with spamming Growth
-Uh…caught Inferno the Ponyta!
-Lots of training
-Went through the gym, trained a bit more, and beat Roark!

Update 2:
-Uh some stuff with Mars Inferno did everything
-Inferno probably did everything in Eterna Forest too
-Shaoran remained useless
-SOOTHE BELL
-Gardenia was gone in like four turns lol
-HELLA RAD RICKSHAW was saved and gave me a RAD BICYCLE
-Experience Share get!
-Oh and also Togepi egg!
-Went down, ran around Oreburgh and hatched Togepi. I think he's Haruka.
-VS Seeker is obtained!
-Shaoran gets replaced with KERO THE ROSELIA : )

Update 3-
-Some training with the VS Seeker or something, trained Kero to 18 ish, Haruka to 21.
-Went through the Gym with Haruka in the front (although I avoided most trainers)
THE GYM BATTLE
Prinplup took down Fantina's Duskull in four hits (she healed once), and took a hit from Future Sight. I switched to Haruka to put a Leech Seed on her Mismagius. And then he died. : (
Then I potion stalled with Inferno...until she used a Potion. I switched to Prinplup, and he managed to make her go red before fainting. Inferno took her out.
I used my last Potions on Inferno, and almost knocked out Haunter...but then Inferno fell asleep. Right before he was going to get KO'd, he woke up!

Short update but yeah that's all.
