Favourite Game Franchise

What's your favourite game franchise? It could be from any consoles like Sonic, Mario, Call Of Duty, Fire Emblem etc. Just tell them at this thread and why do you like that game franchise out of every other game franchise.

I don't know, I have a few of them.
Fire Emblem, because it's awesome. The combination of tactical RPG is just wonderful. Plus, the stories, soundtracks, and overall feel of the game is just wonderful. Sure, a first-time player will have a bit of difficulty with it, but doesn't everybody with all games?
Nascar*, because I'm really into racing and constantly play Nascar games.
Mario, because it's just a lot of fun.
Pokemon, because it's really hard to get over them. Plus, Pokemons are just so fun to win >.<
Phoenix Wright, because lawyers are
The Legend of Zelda, because I like the style of it
Starfox, because it's really great :^)
I also like Chrono Trigger and Etrian Odyssey a bit. I'll probably get around to playing Radiant Historia soon, too.

*Sierra/Papyrus games especially because they're simulated very well despite the lag
