Guess that Pokemon! [Week 4.5 - ULTRA MOST IMPOSSIBLE FREAKING DIFFICULT GTP]

2 People got BOTH GTP Normal and Shiny. Time for most difficult one ever.

NOTE YOU MUST HAVE GTP NORMAL AND GTP SHINY CORRECT OR YOU WILL NOT ALLOWED TO GUESS THIS ONE.

How does it work?
Basically, I or whoever the host is gives out hints every couple days or so depending if anyone got it and all users send their guesses to me by PM. And if anyone gets it right, they get PokeDollars, which can be used for many things!

Basic Rules to follow

   -> You may guess only 4 times in this GTP.
   -> The ones who guess the Pokemon correctly will receive 2000 PokeDollars.
   -> PM your guesses to PokeZone (Me). I will reply to see your guess is wrong or correct. Who knows? XD.
   -> In the PM subject line, please put "GTP #4.5 or Guess that Pokemon - Week #4.5", that way I know what to look for.
   -> Cheating in GTP is truly unacceptable. Any cheat tactics such as making your own hints, revealing the actual answer of this week GTP, and any sort of discussion related between those two. These posts will be deleted for spam and you will NOT receive PokeDollars if we caught you any sort of cheating. This includes the chatbox!
   -> For the Hints: The original poster occasionally drop hints in the thread over the week, so be on the look out!
   Reminder the max number of hints in each GTP week thread is only 2!
   -> The GTP Results will be posted by original poster only. That post also show the number of people who got it right. Plus the # of guesses to get this week GTP correctly. PokeDollars will be disturbed after this week GTP is over.

True GTP people never give up.

Changed the image because I'm not happy what it looks in first one.
Plus, it's not Muchalax.
The Pokemon remains unchanged.

Hint #1:  This Pokemon can learn Tackle at the Starting Level (Level 1).

NOTE: Da wot PZ? You're giving us a special treat?!?!?!? I extend the guesses from 3 to 4. So people will have another opportunity to guess this very hard GTP.

Now for this last hint. Plus the deadline is cut short from Sunday to Thursday.
