Welp decided to make a thread because I was bored.

I've only played two generations of the Pokemon series, Gen IV and Gen V. (Well, I have played a bit of Emerald, but I've never completed it.) Out of the two, though, it's...probably none of them. Not saying they're bad, but I think they're just pretty close Pearl is extremely boring, although the Johto remakes are fun. Platinum was fun when I first got it, but now, when I'm replaying it... It's not as fun as I remembered. Maybe it's just because my first playthrough was with no restrictions, or maybe it's because it's slower than the physical thing, or maybe it's just because Platinum was the first time I ever got so far in a Pokemon or any game that it made it so fun.

Black is also boring imo. I was excited, but it was disappointing. White and Black 2 seemed to have something else that made it fun, like maybe the new Pokemon and maybe the fact it was a direct sequel. Idk, Black just seemed duller in comparison.

Generation III. No, I mean I'm not being nostalgia ass crack.

I played Emerald as my first game. To me the region was good as hell, I choose Torchic. I thought this Pokemon was bad but it wasn't since it sweep the entire Pokemon Gym. I dunno If I used a Legendary but I seriously adore Torchic. Once evolved to Combusken and then Blaziken. This Pokemon is wrecking machine. Tbh, it get struggle when we open to big seas and Pokemon League. But to think about it, the region is perfect. 50/50 Land and water. The storyline is pretty good, and Pokemon is fantastic in there. The cities are different and it's like a true first Pokemon game. Even through I didn't play the original Pokemon R/B/Y/G, G/S/C, and FR/LG. I mean, it's perfect for as playing first Pokemon game.

Other gens are good but my personal favorite is Generation 3.
Not to mention FG/LG is remake and part of Gen 3 in gaming.

We all play Pokemon games and we all have different favorite. But this is mine.

First game I ever played was Gen 1, however I prefer the Gen 3 games. They had the best story, made the elite 4 have original music instead of copying GLs and had TWO villains aka Team Magma AND Team Aqua. Also they have Deoxys and its theme, if you listen to it or remix it... epic.
